The Nursing Assistant Certificate will be the foundation of stackable, short-term, entry-level certificates in the healthcare arena. Students will develop basic nursing skills required of nursing assistants in skilled health care settings, such as the activity of daily living, vital signs, eating, elimination, and safety measures. Upon completion of this certificate, the student will be eligible to take the SC Nurse Aide Exam.
