Project Management (PMP/CAPM)
The Project Management Professional (PMP/CAPM) classes prepare students for the PMP or CAPM exam in all the relevant PMI concepts, including project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and controlling. The course focuses on the most recent version of the PMBOK using updated PMI terminology. The Microsoft Project is also part of this program to enable users to efficiently function in a Project Management Tool. Supporting classes included.
