Microsoft Modern Workplace Certification provides IT training designed to develop knowledge in the considerations and benefits of adopting cloud services and Software as a Service (SaaS) cloud model with Microsoft 365. Certification begins with the Foundation level which provides basic knowledge. The Associate Level is for Modern Desktop Administrators, Messaging Administrators, Teamwork Administrators, and Security Administrators. The final level is Expert for the Enterprise Administrator in Identity services or Mobility and Security. The selection of course is based on the student's individual experience and current level of knowledge in Information Technology.
