Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Informatics Info Technology
The Healthcare Informatics major emphasizes the development of
knowledge and skill in information management in private and public
healthcare organizations. The required courses along with the general
education curriculum will prepare graduates to advance to handling the
multiple leadership roles in management of information and information
technology within healthcare organizations. the Healthcare Informatics with Information Technology (HCIT) track focuses upon information technology and
systems, preparing students to build and use software and hardware
systems to manage, retrieve, and analyze data to drive improvements in
patient care.
