At DEW HVAC Training Services Center, LLC, we are dedicated to reshaping workforce development in the HVAC and industrial sectors by fostering strong partnerships, innovative training, and direct employment pathways. Our partnerships with Palmetto Breeze Heating and Air, Coastal Carolina Comfort, EW Services, LLC, DEW Something Different (a nonprofit organization), CPS&R LLC (a property management company), and Berkeley County School District play a critical role in recruiting, training, and placing skilled talent in the industry. Additionally, we are expanding our partnerships with SCVRD (South Carolina Vocational Rehabilitation Department) to further extending training opportunities for our students. A key component of our employer partners is our job placement initiative, where employer partners have agreed to hire our program graduates at a minimum starting wage of $18 per hour with full benefits. This ensures that our students enter the workforce with stability, job security, and a clear career trajectory in the HVAC industry. The Technician Showcase: Connecting Talent to EmployersThe Technician Showcase serves as a powerful recruitment and networking event, providing direct access to a highly skilled workforce. At the conclusion of each training cohort, our students showcase their technical abilities, participate in competitive demonstrations, and engage with industry leaders. This hands-on hiring experience removes traditional barriers, enabling employers to assess talent firsthand, conduct interviews on-site, and make immediate hiring decisions. The showcase establishes DEW HVAC Training Services Center, LLC as a central hub for sourcing skilled HVAC professionals, ensuring that employers have a steady pipeline of trained and job-ready technicians.
