Program description:

SOS2A program focuses on organizational and system security: Interest is given to learning how infrastructure mode of operation, potential risk/vulnerability applies to technology, people, management, operations of the tools organization uses: The approach uses security audits to improve the system security posture. This clearly demonstrates how organization (culture) works with system (technical practices) to strengthen the security trends. It is more aligned with preparing individuals who graduated already from (STBS and STOM) for security auditing, assessment, and analysis roles within cybersecurity. The SOS2A program, which emphasizes inquiry processes, data collection, and populating matrices is for those who will be performing thorough security assessments and audits rather than handling active defense or monitoring tasks. It is fundamentally needed as a foundation assessment process into the industry. SMBs can also apply the lesson in practice for their platform or infrastructure in MSSP. The SOS2A program and related security certifications not only equip MSSPs to audit and assess their clients' security posture but also support them in maintaining ongoing cybersecurity health through continuous monitoring, risk management, and compliance. These practices are essential for MSSPs looking to enhance their service offerings, improve client security, and ensure long-term protection for SMBs. Note that learners with prior experience or with SOC Level I certification of completion can complete this in 45 hours or 8 weeks.
